MARK GOODMAN
PRESIDENT


Mr. Goodman has been involved with the telecommunications business for 12 years specializing in the computer telephony field. His technical, sales and marketing experience has served well at different times as both Director of Marketing and as CIO for Progressive Telecommunications, a publicly traded telecom services company.

Mr. Goodman has extensive business management, marketing and technical experience in the computer telephony field with groups such as PrePaid Services, Webley Systems, Lucent Technologies, eBoating.com, Global Marketing Group, America II Communications, and Flagship Capital Services. With vast internationally recognized experience, he was the Keynote Speaker at the CT Expo in Paris, France in 1998 and was part of the Technical Panel for Six Continents Hotels for both the 2001 and 2002 Tech Roundups.



DAN PHILLIPS
EVP Product Development


Mr. Phillips has extensive hotel technology experience as the COO of ITS Services (www.its-services.com), one of the largest telecom consultancy groups for the domestic hospitality industry. In 1991, Mr. Phillips established PHILCOMM, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in telecommunications for the hospitality industry. In 1997, PHILCOMM was merged with ITS, Inc. Through these related experiences, Mr. Phillips created the initial thoughts behind Concierge Networks. Mr. Phillips has been developing the underlying concepts and philosophies to bring Portigo to market.

Mr. Phillips is well respected and well connected in the hotel industry. He is a regular speaker at HITEC (www.hitec.org) conferences and has also spoken at the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show. He has been published in multiple trade magazines throughout the past decade. He has been a member of the Telecommunications Committee of the American Hotel & Motel Association, a member of the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, and a committee member of the Virginia Hospitality and Tourism Association.




CRIS DAVIDSON
EVP Global Sales


Mr. Davidson earned a BS in marketing from the University of Maryland. Since 1986, Cris has gained extensive management experience within Technology including product development, sales, tariffing, marketing and management. In 1993 Mr. Davidson formed ITS to provide a full service Technology facility management and consultative services to the hospitality industry including the provisioning of PBX's, local and long distance services, call accounting, and other peripheral equipment all bringing about new revenue generation and enhanced guest services. Since the inception of the company, ITS has experienced double-digit growth every year.

Cris has served as the Vice President of the Georgia chapter of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, was founder and Chairman of the Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Georgia and was on the Executive Committee of the National Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America through 2005.
